Fairlight Farm is proud to offer hands-on learning experiences for folks who want to learn all about life on a working homestead. From permaculture to animal husbandry to wildcrafting to food preservation to carpentry, there is so much to learn here. We offer a short-term residential volunteer program in which volunteers work 4 hours a day, 6 days a week in exchange for lodging and 3 delicious home cooked meals a day. Volunteers can also just come for the day!
Internship Program
The internship program at Fairlight Farm is for those who seek to gain a deeper and more holistic skill set about homesteading, permaculture, off-grid living, and sustainability. This program runs the length of the summer and covers a huge range of homesteading topics, with the possibility of specialized interest projects. Opening summer 2025!
